Nike SB Builds SB Blazer "Kevin & Hell" Pack for Kevin Bradley

Nike SB has presented a SB Blazer "Kevin & Hell" pack for pro skater Kevin Bradley. With an angelic SB Blazer Low and a devilish SB Blazer Mid, the pack explores the duality of good and evil in a playful fashion while nodding to Bradley's carefree, fun-loving nature with its undeniably cheeky moniker.

SB Blazer Lows supply the "Kevin" half of the pack, offering a two-tone blue upper with a cloud-shaped white Swoosh and three black Velcro straps in place of laces — an embellishment that Bradley specifically requested, stating "I like the Velcro straps, sometimes I'm really lazy and I don't like to tie my shoes. Sometimes I don't even strap the velcro! You gotta be comfy." A raindrop on the heel offers a finishing drip of style, nodding to Bradley's love of rainy days.

Meawhile, the "Hell" segment is handled by a scorching red velour SB Blazer Mid. This soft, sultry upper is accented by black Swooshes and secondary pieces, with a striking sunburst placed on the heel. The inspiration here is provided by Bradley's favorite Star Wars character, Darth Maul, with the skater quipping "I always wanted to do a red and black shoe, like Darth Maul." Although many would think velour is ill-equipped to handle the rigors of skateboarding, it's held up to Bradley's wear-testing: "The velour was good. It was holding up when I was skating it." Both shoes also feature a "KB" hit on the tongue in place of standard "SB" graphics

The Nike SB Blazer "Kevin & Hell" pack quietly pre-released — and quickly sold out — at the Fucking Awesome webstore on May 28, but is set for a release at Nike SB Orange Label accounts on May 30. A drop on the Nike webstore may occur in the coming weeks as well, and retail prices have yet to be announced.
